Founder & Principal

Stephen is founder and principal of Carson Equities. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University and Juris Doctorate from University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law. Stephen is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and court appointed receiver in real estate related matters. Stephen is a member of the Oakland County and American Bar Associations, as well as the Urban Land Institute. Stephen is Associate Broker of Carson Equities, a licensed real estate broker by the State of Michigan.

JASON PROBERT
DIRECTOR

Jason is Director at Carson Equities, responsible for underwriting and sourcing investment activities. Prior to joining Carson Equities, Jason held various real estate focused positions with national and regional real estate investment companies, including Grosvenor Fund Management, Toll Brothers, AXR and GPX, where he was responsible for underwriting opportunities for value-add, core and opportunistic real estate across the United States. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
